Great design is more than just function—it’s about creating experiences that are visually compelling, intuitive, and memorable. As a senior product designer and visual communicator, I specialize in bringing brands to life through strong visual identities, scalable design systems, and engaging UI experiences.
What I Do
- Brand & Identity Design – Crafting distinct, cohesive visual identities that make products stand out.
- UI & Interaction Design – Designing clean, intuitive, and delightful interfaces that enhance usability.
- Design Systems – Building scalable, flexible design systems that ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Typography & Layout – Applying strong hierarchy, balance, and composition to create aesthetic, readable designs.
- Motion & Microinteractions – Using animation to bring designs to life and improve user engagement.
My Approach
Great visual design goes beyond aesthetics—it enhances usability, creates moments of joy, and strengthens the connection between users and a product. Thoughtful micro-interactions, animation, and feedback mechanisms make interfaces feel dynamic, responsive, and intuitive.
A key part of my process is translating brand guidelines into comprehensive design libraries within a design system. This ensures that all designers, regardless of their visual design expertise, have the tools they need to craft beautiful, cohesive, and accessible interfaces. By establishing clear component libraries, motion principles, and interaction patterns, I help teams maintain brand consistency while allowing for creativity and scalability.
Whether refining an existing system or building a new visual language from the ground up, my focus is on creating delightful, high-quality user experiences that are both functional and engaging.—it’s a critical tool for usability, storytelling, and brand differentiation. Every pixel should have purpose, reinforcing the product’s goals while creating a seamless, engaging experience for users.
By blending aesthetic precision with strategic thinking, I ensure that the products I design are not only beautiful but also functional, accessible, and impactful. Whether evolving an established brand or building a new visual language from scratch, I focus on designs that scale, adapt, and leave a lasting impression.
Vimeo: The Art of Minimalist Design

Vimeo has long been recognized as a beautiful, design-forward platform, and one of the core design principles was to get out of the way of the content. The platform was more visually striking because videos and thumbnails took center stage, allowing creators’ work to shine.
The design team focused on clarity, minimalism, and iconography to complement the beauty of the content rather than compete with it. We also strategically divided the UI into what users owned and what we owned—the video player, thumbnails, video pages, and profiles belonged to the user, ensuring their work was the highlight, while the site navigation and homepage were designed as supporting elements that provided structure without distraction. By refining UI elements to be sleek and unobtrusive, leveraging intentional white space, and designing an intuitive yet elegant navigation system, Vimeo created a premium viewing experience that felt effortless and refined.
This experience reinforced the importance of content-first design, where every UI decision serves to enhance the user’s experience without distraction. It also shaped my approach to creating digital experiences that are both visually stunning and highly functional.
Designing for Complex Workflows at Namely
(Unfortunately I cannot show Namely screens and designs due to NDA, but hopefully these words paint a picture)
At Namely, I worked on dense, complicated, and often anxiety-inducing user flows for critical HR tasks such as signing up for health insurance, ACA compliance, and conducting annual performance reviews. These experiences required a deep understanding of the state of mind of stressed users and how to alleviate that stress through thoughtful UI design.
I got to learn from the former head of design at Intuit, who pioneered tax software UX, how to create clear, structured experiences that guide users seamlessly through complex workflows.
Key takeaways from this experience:
- Clear communication is essential – Users need to know where they are in the process, how much is left, and what they need to complete.
- Progressive disclosure & animations – Showing incremental progress and micro-interactions reinforces a sense of accomplishment and reduces cognitive load.
- Tone & environment matter – A subtle, friendly UI tone and smooth transitions help create a less intimidating experience, transforming a tedious process into a manageable one.
This experience reinforced the importance of UX clarity, progressive feedback, and emotional design—all of which I integrate into every product I work on.
TPT and Easel Branding

One of my most impactful visual design projects was leading the branding of Easel while overseeing the rebrand of Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). This initiative required balancing the legacy of a well-established brand with the need to create a modern, digital-first identity for a new interactive product.

For Easel, we developed a distinct visual identity that complemented TPT while standing out as an innovative tool for educators. This included logo design, color palette refinement, typography selection, and motion principles to create a seamless yet engaging experience.

Simultaneously, I worked on the TPT rebrand, ensuring that Easel was integrated into a cohesive design system. By establishing design libraries and reusable UI components, I helped the entire design team craft consistent, high-quality interfaces, regardless of individual visual design expertise.

This project exemplifies my ability to scale brand identities, build flexible design systems, and create visually compelling experiences that resonate with users and support business growth.
